How access works

Public pages are available to everyone. Protected training pages require an approved vendor account and a valid login.

This access is restricted to active vendor/team users and is not open to the general public.

1. Request access

Open registration and submit your username, password, and optional email.

2. Approval review

Access requests are reviewed so protected vendor academy content stays available only to active vendors and authorized roles.

Status during review: pending

If your access is not approved within 24 hours, contact support with your store name, username, registered email, city, and role (vendor/team) so we can identify your request quickly.

3. Sign in after approval

Once approved, sign in with your credentials. Protected pages will open normally after login.
